Charity Ride in Support of Community Home Support Lanark County
About the Ride
Rideau Lakes ATV is holding a charity ride in support of the Community Home Support for Lanark County. Which is a volunteer based agency for seniors, adults with physical disabilities and persons who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and/or palliative diagnoses. They are a client focused, compassionate organization that promotes independence and gives peace of mind to those who use their services. They strive to provide services that help clients continue to reside in their own homes and remain a part of their community.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of our agency. Their programs thrive on their dedication and professionalism.
Ride Information
All proceeds collected from the ride will be donated to this Charity. The ride will consist of an approx 100km loop utilizing existing RLATVC trails and some new trails in the works (Ride route will be revealed closer to the ride). Lunch is included in the registration; there will be numerous bucket draw prizes and a 50/50 draw the day of. As we get closer to the ride we will update our Facebook Event Page with all of the details. So make sure to check out the page.

Please note: Some trails do have gates, and any machines with a width greater than 65 inches might have difficulty going through. Also, only legal (factory installed) 2ups are allowed on the ride with a passenger.
Ride Details
- Date: Saturday, September 21st
- Start Location: 91 Cornelia Street West Smiths Falls, ON K7A 5L3
- Registration: 8:30 am to 9:30 am
- Speeches and Raffle Draws: 9:30 am to 10:00 am
- Ride: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Cost (includes lunch): $35 for driver, $20 for passenger. Must have a valid OFATV day or year permit, which can be purchased here.
- Ticket Purchase Information: You can purchase your Driver and Passenger tickets through Eventbrite. All major credit cards are accepted.
